Description

IDEA
To connect musicians and software engineers for a mutual growth. Explore and discuss what do we have in common and what we can learn from each other. Share knowledge and create together.

FIRST MEETING
In 2017 each month I visited another IT conference in Europe or USA, intensively looking for a new wisdom. Sadly many of them were just repeating the same, not discovering at all. But there was one small conference and one talk about music and IT which is a big discovery for me and I’d like to share it with you. Really exclusive and not well spread content. To know more what to expect see the beginning of the talk here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ht5gevlz2tcsrty/announce.mp4?dl=0

18:00 - 18:20 Introduce ourselves
18:20 - 19:00 Watching and discussing reduced and translated talk of Catherine Mayers "Mozart could’ve Been an Enginner - Music + Code”.
19:00 - 19:20 Sum up the talk + questions and answers
19:20 - 20:00 Networking. Discussing expectations and possibilities for future meetings of MUSIC&IT arts cooperative.

WHO CAN COME?
Musicians who would like to learn about programming.
Programmers who would like to learn how to make music.
Artists who are looking for cooperation with musicians or software developers.
