Social exchanges, including business and career, are based on value. We trade with things we consider valuable. The bigger the value – the higher the impact/benefit. Understanding value perception and how it’s changing with time is key to identifying the high impact domains. As young professionals or entrepreneurs, defining our value and building on them is where we should start.

Changing professional scene
The way businesses work internally and how they function in a market is fast changing. We will take a look what main aspects are shifting; explore what does that mean for us as professionals and how it affects the value perceptions in business and entrepreneurship.

Understanding Value and Building Definitions
We will take a structured approach to answering the difficult questions: Where do we start with understanding our own value? How do we define it and build our own path to entrepreneurship based on those definitions?

Re-contextualizing Business and Entrepreneurship
As social interactions and structures are changing, so are the business models that support it. We will challenge and redefine the boundaries of project positioning and explore new and up-to-date sources of ideas and opportunities.

We will have a time for discussions, where we will try to go deeper into these aspects of the business world.
